Bullwinkle's first opened its downtown location on September 11th, 1973. It then opened in a second location in the Mendenhall Mall in the fall of 1980. Bullwinkle's has enjoyed over three decades of loyal customers. Free popcorn was the item of the day back in 1973 and remains the same today.
